BAKED MAPLE SWEET POTATOES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 sweet potatoes, rinsed, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Microwave potatoes about 4 minutes, and remove to baking pan. Add in syrup and butter, mix well. Bake at 350° for about 5-8 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and caramelized. Serves about 8.
