Chicken Casserole 276 Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 or 3 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 red onion (small)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 1 cup salad dressing
Mix everything except cheese and corn flakes. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Last 10 minutes, top with cheese and corn flakes.
