Ingredients
1 pack elbow macaroni (16 ounce pack)
1 chopped green pepper (large)
1 Chopped Onion
4 shredded carrots
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 cup white vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Place green peppers, onions and carrots in large plastic container. Mix well with macaroni. Mix condensed milk, vinegar, salt, and mayonnaise. Add this to macaroni and vegetable mixture. Chill at least 4 hrs. before serving.
