Ham Hock and Soup Mix Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ham hock
  • 7 cups water
  • 3/4 cup soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simmer all ingredients for 45 minutes or until tender. Remove ham hock, returning meat to soup. Serves 6.
