Cranberry Broccoli Salad 2 Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 onion, finely minced (small)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
In a large bowl, combine cranberries, broccoli, cabbage, walnuts, raisins, onion and bacon. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over the cranberry mixture. Toss well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Serves 6 to 8.

This looks nice as a Christmas salad.
