RASPBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Raspberry or Strawberry Jello (6 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 packages frozen raspberries or strawberries (10 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • Pretzel topping
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix pretzels, butter and 2 T. sugar. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.

Dissolve Jello in 2 C. boiling water. Add frozen berries. Pour into bowl and refrigerate until set. Beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over set Jello. Refrigerate until serving.

Just prior to serving, sprinkle pretzel crumbs on top.
