Marinated Vegetable Salad 17 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 - 16 ounce can French cut green beans, drained
  • 1 - 12 ounce can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 - 17 ounce can green peas
  • 1 or 2 ounce jar Pimiento, chopped
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 bunch green onion or 1 medium red onion
Directions
Bring vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and water to a boil (dissolve sugar). Pour vinegar mixture over vegetable mixture and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
