Taco Soup 234 Recipe

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 pound pork stew meat
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can short cut green beans
  • 2 cans Jolly Green Giant Mexican corn
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Brown meat, onions and bell pepper. Add celery, garlic and taco seasoning. Add 1 cup of water and all the vegetables, juice and all. Cook on medium heat for about 45 minutes or more. Stir often. Serve with cornbread.
