Italian Tossed Salad with Artichokes Recipe

  • 2 bags salad greens (I prefer romaine)
  • 1 jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can black olives, drained and chopped
  • 1 package sliced fresh mushrooms, broken into smaller pieces (small pkg)
  • 1 box grape tomatoes (or whatever kind you prefer)
  • 1 bottle Wishbone Fat Free Salad Dressing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Put lettuce into large bowl. Add artichokes, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. Toss. This can be done ahead of serving time. 10-15 minutes prior to serving, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and add enough salad dressing to coat as you like it. Toss--I find it easier to mix with my hands. Can easily be doubled.
