Italian Tossed Salad with Artichokes - Recipe

Put lettuce into large bowl. Add artichokes, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes. Toss. This can be done ahead of serving time. 10-15 minutes prior to serving, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and add enough salad dressing to coat as you like it. Toss--I find it easier to mix with my hands. Can easily be doubled.
-2 bags salad greens (I prefer romaine)
-1 jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
-1 can black olives, drained and chopped
-1 package sliced fresh mushrooms, broken into smaller pieces (small pkg)
-1 box grape tomatoes (or whatever kind you prefer)
-1 bottle Wishbone Fat Free Salad Dressing
- Grated Parmesan cheese
