Microwave Corn Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces frozen shoe peg corn
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 package corn chips
Directions
Place corn, margarine, cream cheese, cumin and jalapeno in bowl and microwave 3 minutes.

Stir. Microwave 3 more minutes.

Serve with corn chips.
