Hamburger Egg Roll Filling Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Batemans hamburger
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
Directions
Brown hamburger with remaining ingredients. Fill egg roll wrappers and deep fry until light golden brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Bateman's hamburger is about 1 1/2 lbs. per package.
