QUICK HOMEMADE CHILI Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean hamburger
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 1 can light kidney beans, undrained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can Hunts tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
Lightly brown hamburger; add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.

NOTE: I double this recipe.
