Spicy Vegetable Soup 4 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 jar green chilies
  • 1 can beef broth (10 ounce can)
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes, chopped (14 ounce Can)
  • 1 jar Ragu Garden Style Spaghetti sauce
Brown beef, onion and garlic, drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce, 2 cups water, sugar, beef broth and chilies.

Simmer 20 minutes. Add the following and simmer 10 minutes; 1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables and 1 14 oz. can stewed or chopped tomatoes.
