Heavenly Hash 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 pinch salt
  • TO SERVE:
  • 2 oranges, peeled, diced
  • 2 bananas, peeled, diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
Mix and bake in 2 round layer cake pans at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown; cool.

When ready to use, break into pieces and stir in oranges and bananas and top with whipping cream.
