Seafood Bisque Recipe

  • 1 bottle Clam Juice (8 ounce Bottle)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dried
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked, ready to eat shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Roux
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
Simmer above ingredients for approximately 20 minutes. Do not boil. Make roux. Remove 1/2 cup of soup from saucepan, let cool and add roux; return to saucepan. Yield: 4 servings.
