Easy Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

The juices from the canned vegetables make the broth for this homemade vegetable soup.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 1/2 package frozen okra
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
Directions
Brown ground beef; drain grease.

In a large pot, pour in all other ingredients. Add browned meat and bring to a boil.

If you need more soup, add more tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt.
