Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can tomato juice (6 cup can) (large can)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 chuck roast, cooked and cut up
Directions
16 oz. bag of frozen mixed vegetables.

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
