Crock Pot Lasagna 13 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 chopped onion (medium)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce (29 ounce can)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce can)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 package uncooked lasagna noodles (8 ounce pkg)
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parnesan cheese
NOTE: You can also use your own sauce.

Cook first 3 ingredients until browned. Drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of meat mixture in ungreased slow cooker. Arrange 1/3 of noodles (uncooked) over sauce. Combine the 3 cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of mixture over noodles. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining meat sauce. Cover. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
