PEPPER JELLY 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons hot peppers
  • 3/4 cup bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 - 6 ounce bottle pectin
  • few drops green food coloring
Directions
Grind peppers in blender. Bring first 4 ingredients to a hard boil. Cook 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Add pectin and mix. Pour in sterilized jars and seal. Yield: 6 - 1/2 pint jars.
