REUBEN SANDWICH 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 1/2 pound corned beef, sliced thin
  • 1 can sauerkraut, well drained (8 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions
Place corned beef, then sauerkraut, Miracle Whip and cheese on four slices of bread. Top with other bread slices. Spread butter on outside of bread. Grill in skillet or on griddle until browned and cheese melts.
