Asian Steak Marinade Recipe

As the vinegar tenderizes the meat, the soy sauce and onions will infuse flavor that will melt in your mouth. This marinade is perfect for your summer steaks but is also delicious with pork or chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Combine the above.

Marinate beef overnight.

Grill over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
