Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe

  • 1 package whole cranberries (12 ounce bag)
  • 6 oranges cut into quarters, peel left on (small)
  • 1 cup Sugar
Slowly add oranges and cranberries to a grinder, save the juice that is made. Mix sugar with the juice and add to the cranberries and orange mixture. Mix well and cover. Keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Great served with turkey.
