Mustard and Raisin Sauce (for ham) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons dry hot mustard
  • 3 teaspoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • pinch of salt
Directions
Mix well; moisten with vinegar; add 1 cup cream. Cook in double boiler until thick. Add 1/2 cup raisins that have been cooled in water to swell.
