  • 1 pound mild sausage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese

Brown meats, garlic and onion together. Drain well.

Place in slow cooker. Add tomatoes, soup and cheese. Simmer, stirring until melted.
