Ingredients
2 cans chicken breast, in water
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 ounces sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 cups rice, cooked
Directions
Drain chicken and flake apart. Put in bowl and add soup and sour cream. Mix together. Put in 9x13" baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and put on top and pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serve casserole on top of rice.
