Grandma's Vegetable Beef Hot Dish Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans vegetable beef soup (large cans)
  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 cups water
In a casserole pan, pour in the soups and water. Brown and drain hamburger. Add the hamburger to soup in pan. Peel and slice the potatoes, add them to the pan. Chop the celery and add to the pan, stir.

Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
