Meatloaf 91 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Sauce ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Directions
Soak bread in milk; add eggs and beat with rotary blender. Mix in all other ingredients except ground beef. Combine meat and egg mixture. Place in baking pan, combine sauce ingredients and spread sauce over all.

Bake 1 hr. at 350° or until center is done.
