Italian Breaded Pork Chops 2 Recipe

  • 2 Eggs
  • some milk
  • 2 cups bread crumbs (Italian)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 4 pork chops (boneless)
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs & milk. In a separate bowl or ziploc bag, mix the Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese & parsley.

If the pork chops are thick, you can pound them thin. Then dip each pork chop into egg & milk mixture, then into bread mixture, coating evenly.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil & garlic over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown "low & slow" for about 15 minutes for each side.

Serves 4.
