Slow Cooker Roast 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast (large)
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 onions (large)
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 5 potatoes, wedged (medium)
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock post. Cover with water. Cook on high for about 5 hours.
