Chicken Pasta Salad 2 Recipe

  • 1 box rotini (16 ounce box)
  • 1/4 cup light Italian dressing
  • 8 ounces jalepeno cheese, chopped into 1/2 inch squares
  • 8 ounces pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 can chicken breast(drained) (small can)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
Boil rotini until al-dente. Drain. Place in large bowl and add the Italian dressing. Combine well. Cool for one hour. Add above ingredients to taste. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
