Ground Beef Hot Dish 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 family size can tomato soup
Place ground beef in a greased 6 quart baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes on ground beef. Pour frozen veggies over potatoes. Finally pour tomato soup over layers. Poke with a knife so that tomato soup can get to the bottom of the dish. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are cooked tender. Let rest 5 minutes, and stir before serving.
