Mom's Caribbean Ham Recipe

Ingredients
5 pounds cooked ham
2 cups orange juice
4 tablespoons whole cloves
1 cup Brown Sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup rum
Directions
Place ham on rack in shallow baking pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. while that is warming, in a saucepan combine orange juice and cloves bring to boil then lower heat so the orange mixture starts to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove cloves. In a bowl combine brown sugar, cornstarch, honey and rum mix. Add to orange mixture. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens and start to bubble. Pour the orange mixture over the Ham and put back in oven for approx 10 to 15 minutes.
