Glazed Ham Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Vanden Brink ham loaf
  • 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs.
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Mix ham loaf, eggs and crackers together. Shape into small balls and put in a 9x13 pan.

Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over meatballs.

Cover loosely and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, turning meatballs halfway through.
