Hot Cakes 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients.

Cook on hot griddle or skillet with Pam spray or a little oil. Brown on both sides.
