Inexpensive Quick Tenderizer Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds round steak or other tough meat
  • spread coarse sea salt on steak
  • spread cracked black pepper on steak
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
Container:very large baggie
Directions
When I use cheap steak like round steak, I'll put it in a large baggie with coarse sea salt, cracked black pepper and 2 cups of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This recipe works on 1 large round steak, about 2 lbs.
