Ingredients
1 pound scallops (cut large scallops inch 1 inch pieces)
1 package seasoned coating mix for fish (2 ounce pkg)
Directions
Moisten scallops with water or milk and coat with seasoned coating mix. Arrange scallops on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Serve with cocktail sauce, if desired.
