Windwalker Pinon Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks Softened Butter (1 cup sticks)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup pine nuts
Directions
Heat oven to 325°. Nonstick spray cookie sheets. Cream butter, and sugar together add eggs mix well then add dry ingredients and pine nuts. Drop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until edged or brown. Cool 5 minutes on sheet then move to plate. Make 20 cookies.
