PUMPKIN MUFFINS IV Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can pumpkin
Directions
Mix together sugar and vegetable oil. Add pumpkin, eggs, and dry ingredients to sugar mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake @ 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 big muffins.
