A wonderful appetizer...easy...beware though...you can't eat just one!

Ingredients
  • 1 jar Clausen whole pickles
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened to room temp.
  • 1 package ham - 8 slices (rectangled)

  • On a slice of ham, spread one tablespoon cream cheese and place pickle on end and roll up.
  • Repeat 7 times.
  • Place in the fridge to help cut better.
  • Slice and place on platter - that's it!
  • Then stand back and watch them disappear!
