Discada Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pieces onion
  • 1 pound meat
  • 1 pound bacon
Directions
This plate can be on the grill or on a pan.
On the grill: Put a piece of onion then a piece of meat then a piece of bacon on a shish-kebab stick and grill the stick.

On the pan: chop the onions, bacon and meat and sauté on a pan.
