Applesauce Muffins 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)
Directions
Mix ingredients; bake at 400 for 20 min.

Yield: 3 dozen
