Easy Asian Chicken and Noodles Recipe

  • 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast - cooked, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon oil - divided
  • 1 cup green onions - sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage and carrot coleslaw
  • 2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodle soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions and slaw; stir fry 1 minute. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Remove noodles from package (reserve one seasoning packet). Add water and one seasoning packet to skillet and bring to a boil. Break noodles in half and add to water mixture. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken, slaw mixture and soy sauce. Cook until heated through.
