Vegetable Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 can soup (tomato or celery- I like celery best.)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon rice
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups sliced potatoes
Directions
Arrange in a baking dish in order given and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350° covered. Uncover the last 15 minutes.
