Sausage Sweet Potato Bake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound mild pork sausage
  • 2 sweet potatoes (med.)
  • 3 apples (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
Brown sausage and drain. Peel and slice sweet potatoes and apples and place in casserole along with browned sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly with meat mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375°.
