Marinated Pork Recipe

  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Tarragon or Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Kethcup
  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Pork Roast (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
In medium bowl, mix well soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and ketchup. Pour over sliced pork and marinate 3 - 4 hours, stirring frequently. Grill until done.

Note: I mix the marinade in a gallon Zip Loc bag and then add the pork. Seal the bag and gently knead until the pork is completely covered with marinade. Knead the bag often during the marinating process.
