Glazed Ham Balls Recipe

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups crushed saltines
2 pounds cooked ham
1 pound ground pork
2 cups packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons ground mustard
Directions
In large bowl, mix eggs and cracker crumbs. Crumble ham and pork over mixture well. Shape into balls. Place on greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40 minutes or lightly brown. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain ham balls, drizzle with syrup and bake 10 more minutes. Makes about 16 1 1/2 in. balls.
