Moist Turkey Breast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 turkey breast 7 lbs.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing
Directions
Place turkey breast in a greased baking dish. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over turkey, then pour Italian dressing over top. Cover and bake at 325° for 2- 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170°. Baste occasionally with pan drippings. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
