Sage roasted turkey breast Recipe

  • 1 boneless turkey breast, with skin (3 pound )
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Set turkey on a rack in a roasting pan.

2. Combine sage, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl. Brush turkey with oil; season with spices.

3. Roast turkey until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 170°F, about 1 hour 35 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes before carving.
