Chicken Pot Pie 57 Recipe

  • 1 whole chicken or chicken breast
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained (large cans)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (large can)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Cook chicken and either pull apart or cube. Put into a 9x13 inch pan. Add drained vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and broth. Stir all together. Topping: Mix milk, self-rising flour, and margarine together. (Will be lumpy) Pour over chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 375° until brown.
